Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us with your name, order number, description of damage. We will reply and ask you to email us a photo to verify.  We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.  For Moon Trine & Co items purchased via another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for a resolution.

Order Processing

Most of our products are made-to-order and generally take 3-4 days to produce prior to shipping. Once your order is submitted it will be sent to our production partners immediately and cancellations are not possible. 


We currently ship to locations in the US and Canada. If you are in another area, please contact us via our contact page and we will set up shipping costs to your location. Items will be shipped to you directly from our production partners or fulfillment center to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please allow a minimum of  7-10 business days for delivery unless you have selected a more expedited shipping method at checkout. For backordered items, please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery. Items may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability.
