Return Policy

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order as all sales are final.

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged in transit or has a manufacture defect. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us with your name, order number, description of damage. We will reply and ask you to email us a photo to verify.  We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.  For Moon Trine & Co items purchased via another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for a resolution.

Order Processing

We hold a small inventory at our Red Bluff, Ca location and process orders within one day received. Generally, orders received after 3pm PST/PDT will be shipped the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to place your order over the phone or via email.

Shipping

We currently ship to locations in the US and Canada. If you are in another area, please contact us via our contact page and we will set up shipping costs to your location. We ship directly from our Granite Bay location when items are stock. Items ship via First Class Mail or Priority Mail and orders arrive within 2-5 days for US and 7-21 days for Canada. For sold out items, we are able to order directly from our production partners as needed and shipped directly from their facility to the address provided at the time of purchase although there will be an additional 5 business days added to the estimated delivery date as the item will need to be produced. Therefore, please allow a minimum of  7-10 business days for these items. For backordered items, please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery. Items may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability.
